• 4:00 – call @N2: get gear
• 4:15 – warmup & rep cadence
• 4:20 – rehearsal rep in PCPA
• 4:30 – Play @PCPA entrance
• 5:00 – Play inside PCPA, walk down aisles, etc.
• 5:15 – Pack up/dismissed
